This is the spirit that the Group’s leadership aims to cultivate throughout the entire organization: engaging in sports to improve health, strengthen team bonding and build a solid physical foundation for work.

In Deo Ca Group's human resources development philosophy, physical strength goes first, preceding both reselience and intellection. For an employee to perform effectively, they must first possess the health to shoulder the workload.

This holds evenmorespecial significance for a transport infrastructure enterprise. Our projects span across multiple regions, often facing harsh weather and tight construction schedules. Managers, engineers and workers must operate in environments that demand both physical stamina and mental resilience.

Therefore, physical training and sports are highly encouraged across all levels at Deo Ca Group - from construction sites to corporate offices, and from frontline workers to senior executives. The football fields, table tennis tables, badminton and pickleball courts… and other internal sporting events serve as more than just after-hours entertainment. They provide a space for individuals to forge their willpower, relieve stress, build teamwork, and foster a strong sense of camaraderie.

Notably, this sport movement is given special importanceby the Group's leadership. When Chairman Ho Minh Hoang and the Vice Chairmen step onto the court to practice and compete, the spirit of training is conveyed through concrete actions.

Observing the match, it is evident that Chairman Ho Minh Hoang’s victories do not stem solely from physical advantage. In many situations, his competitive experience, agility, and tactical flexibility made all the difference. There were moments to accelerate the pace and apply pressure, and times to intentionally slow down, forcing opponents into difficult plays. Every adjustment was rooted in keen observation and seamless teamwork.

The image of leaders maintaining a healthy fitness routine radiates a positive lifestyle and motivates the sports movement throughout the entire system.

At Deo Ca Group, physical training is just the beginning. Ona strongfoundation of health and organizational loyalty, employees continue to cultivate their reselience and intellection, enabling them to create greater and more sustainable value for both the enterprise and society.

From the sports fields to the construction sites, from the corporate offices to the projects operating day and night, this spirit carries on. When 10,000 employees collectively build a solid physical foundation for themselves, they simultaneously lay the groundwork for Deo Ca Group to conquer new challenges on its journey alongside the nation's development.
