These days, from offices to project construction sites stretching across the country, thousands of Mid-Autumn mooncake boxes, along with sincere greetings from DEOCA Group, have been hand-delivered to officials and employees and sent to their families. The small gift carries a thank-you message to DEOCA Group workers who are working day and night, as well as to their relatives who always quietly share and act as a solid rear for them to feel secure in their work.
For many DEOCA Group employees, the Reunion Festival is not always an evening of full gatherings with their families. There are people who are still at construction sites amidst the northern mountains and forests, people who are absorbed in working shifts in the western region, people who stick to projects in the sunny and windy central region, or those who are on operating duty on routes throughout the country.
Therefore, in every eighth-lunar-month moon season, the mooncake boxes sent out also carry care and a message that states that no matter where they are, each DEOCA Group employee and their family is always a part of the common home of DEOCA Group.

Mooncake boxes, along with sincere greetings from DEOCA Group, have been hand-delivered to officials and employees.
After more than two years working at Dong Dang - Tra Linh expressway construction site, Mr. Dang Dinh Dat, an administrative specialist, has become accustomed to the pace of life and work amidst the mountainous region of Cao Bang province. Holidays and festivals away from home have gradually become a part of his life. But on every Mid-Autumn Festival, when the mooncake boxes from the Group are delivered to the construction site, the brothers have another joy to share with each other.
“I feel happy because the Group has Mid-Autumn gifts for employees every year. Since we work on projects, everyone looks forward to occasions like this where brothers also have the opportunity to take photos to show off to our families”, Mr. Dat happily shared.

The mooncake boxes sent out also carry care and a message that states that no matter where they are, each DEOCA Group employee and their family is always a part of the common home of DEOCA Group.
At another construction site at Dai Ngai 1 bridge project, this year's Mid-Autumn Festival arrives right during the peak construction days. Work follows work, and sometimes workers do not even notice that the fifteenth day of the eighth lunar month is approaching.
Mr. Tran Kim Hung, a surveying engineer, shared: “We work continuously at the construction site, which sometimes makes us forget when the Mid-Autumn Festival arrives. The Group sends mooncakes, which everyone receives and then invites each other to drink tea, eat mooncakes, and chat. That is how we feel the Mid-Autumn flavor here”.
A mooncake box opened after working hours, a cup of tea with colleagues, a few pictures sent home these are very simple things that make the Mid-Autumn Festival at the construction site closer and warmer.
Expressing gratitude to the families of DEOCA Group employees
Behind every DEOCA Group employee working at projects are families who share with them the days of separation. There are meals missing one person and holidays when they cannot gather together, so that their relatives can feel secure sticking to the construction site and completing their work.
In a letter sent to officials, employees, and their families on the occasion of this year's Mid-Autumn Festival, DEOCA Group expressed our gratitude to the workers and their relatives who always accompany them from behind:
“On the development journey of DEOCA Group, every successful milestone marks the dedication and perseverance of DEOCA Group employees across all regions of the country. Behind those efforts, there is always the sharing, sympathy, and companionship of families so that you can work with peace of mind and successfully complete your tasks.
DEOCA Group appreciates your dedication and responsibility to the work while being grateful to the families who have shared meals missing their loved ones and holidays without gatherings when many DEOCA Group employees are still absorbed in their assigned tasks, sticking to construction sites, or being on operational duty to ensure smooth traffic on the routes”.
That is also the feeling of many people who have chosen to stick with construction sites in the long term. Mr. Nguyen Hong Hai, Deputy Director of the Management Board of Hoang Lien tunnel project, stated that although they have determined to work away from home, engineers and workers can hardly avoid moments of sadness when they are absent during family gatherings.
“We all understand that our work involves hard times away from home, but everyone tries for the common work. The gifts sent by the Group on the right occasions act as an encouragement that makes everyone see that their efforts are always recognized and shared. Despite being in different locations, we still feel that we belong to the same collective”, Mr. Hai said.
That care is also felt from homes hundreds of kilometers away from the construction site.
Mrs. Nguyen Thi To in Hung Yen province is the wife of Mr. Bui Tien Dung, currently Chief Commander of Dai Hue tunnel item belonging to Vinh - Thanh Thuy expressway project (Nghe An province). Over the past years, on every occasion of the Mid-Autumn Festival or the Lunar New Year, her family has received gifts sent by DEOCA Group. “During the Mid-Autumn Festival, my family receives meaningful gifts from the Group every year. I feel very happy because the Group has thought about the employees and also cared about the employees' rear. The children at home love it very much”, Mrs. To happily shared.

The small gift carries a thank-you message to DEOCA Group workers who work day and night.
The Mid-Autumn Festival is originally an occasion to return and for the whole family to sit together while enjoying mooncakes, drinking tea, and telling each other daily stories. But for people working in the infrastructure construction profession, there are reunion seasons celebrated distinctly.
That could be a call home after a working shift or a picture taken next to a mooncake box sent back to parents, wives, and children. It could be a few colleagues sitting together at the construction site to share a piece of mooncake, a cup of tea, and stories about their families. In another place, their relatives also understand that the person they are longing for is contributing to the structures taking shape day by day and to safe and smooth routes.

On the development journey of DEOCA Group, every successful milestone marks the dedication and perseverance of DEOCA Group employees across all regions of the country. Behind those efforts, there is always the support, sympathy, and companionship of families so that you can work with peace of mind and successfully complete your tasks.
“The Mid-Autumn gift sent to families today is a simple and sincere thank you from the Group to you and your relatives. We respectfully wish every family of DEOCA Group employees a warm and peaceful Reunion Festival while always being a solid rear that adds motivation for each DEOCA Group employee to firmly step on the journey ahead”, extracted from the letter sent by DEOCA Group to officials, employees, and their families on this occasion.
