In September 2025, DEOCA Group organized periodic health check-ups for all employees working at offices and project sites nationwide.
The program aimed to provide regular health screenings, raise awareness of the importance of routine health checks, and build a sustainable working environment across the Group. DEOCA Group coordinated with reputable hospitals in provinces and cities where its offices and projects are located to ensure employees received thorough and accurate medical examinations.

During the health check-ups, employees underwent general examinations, blood and urine tests, abdominal and thyroid ultrasounds, electrocardiograms, chest X-rays, respiratory function tests, vision checks, and more. After the examination, doctors provided consultations on the results and advice on lifestyle adjustments to help employees improve their health and physical condition.

At the Dong Dang – Tra Linh Expressway Project, especially during the acceleration phase to complete and open Phase 1 to traffic before December 19, as directed by the Prime Minister, ensuring the health of engineers and workers on site remains a top priority.
Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thanh - Shift Leader of the Dong Khe Tunnel section - said that due to the nature of tunnel excavation work, exposure to dust and high noise levels is unavoidable. With only about 100 days left until the opening deadline, he and his colleagues have been working extra shifts, day and night. “The Group’s annual periodic health check-up program helps our engineers and workers feel more assured about their health so they can continue working effectively,” Mr. Thanh shared.
At the Quang Ngai – Hoai Nhon construction site, nearly 1,500 workers received on-site health check-ups, divided into multiple sessions to ensure convenience without affecting construction progress. Mr. Vuong Duc Son – Shift Leader of the North Tunnel 3 section - noted: “Thanks to the Group’s care in organizing comprehensive check-ups right at the site, we save time and costs while still receiving full medical examinations and advice from doctors”.
Meanwhile, Mr. Vu Van Phuong – North Portal Driller of Tunnel 3 - shared: “Previously, I only went for a check-up when I was sick. Now that the Group organizes comprehensive on-site examinations, I pay more attention and am more proactive about my own health”.

According to Mr. Le Duc Truong, Director of the Group’s Human Resources Department, the recruitment and utilization of personnel at DEOCA Group are based on three criteria: physical strength, intellectual capacity, and mental resilience. Among these, physical strength is the foundation, as the job demands high intensity and endurance. “Periodic health check-ups help employees feel secure, stay committed, and have sufficient physical and mental health to complete their tasks and projects on schedule,” Mr. Truong emphasized.

DEOCA Group always pays comprehensive attention to employee welfare and the working environment. In addition, the Group cares for the spiritual well-being of its officers and workers through cultural, artistic, and sports activities, as well as constructing facilities at project sites such as football fields, badminton courts, volleyball courts, and more. Accommodation buildings at the projects are also built to high standards - clean, modern, and fully equipped - to ensure good health for the workforce.
