The Group's Finance Department organized a training course on the topic “Reviewing key financial clauses in emerging economic contracts”
During the training session, personnel were introduced to common types of economic contracts and learned how to review key financial clauses, analyze potential risks and disadvantages in contracts. As part of the course, the Finance Department also provided general principles for reviewing critical financial clauses in contract evaluations.
Mr. Nguyen Hoang Hai, Deputy Director of the Finance Department, shared that as the Group expands its operational scale, economic contracts become increasingly complex and carry potential risks. Therefore, the Finance Department has focused on organizing specialized training courses to enhance personnel knowledge, particularly regarding financial clauses in contracts. This initiative enables personnel to provide timely and effective recommendations when consulting with specialized departments during the contract drafting and management process.
“For the 2025 orientation, the Finance Department plans to implement financial management training courses, focusing on construction and installation activities and contractor cash flow control, as well as upcoming projects. Concurrently, professional development programs, including international certifications such as CFA and master's degree in finance training, will be implemented to develop a successor team for the positions such as Deputy Director of the Department and Team Leader”, Mr. Hai added.
