From February 25 to 27, 2025, the Training Department of DEOCA Group organized a corporate culture training program at key infrastructure projects, including the HCMC Ring Road 3, the HCMC – Thu Dau Mot – Chon Thanh Expressway, and Long Thanh International Airport.
Classroom overview
The program aims to enhance awareness of the Group’s core values, mission, and vision while fostering stronger connections among staff and employees working on various projects.
At each project site, the training program garnered the enthusiastic participation from a wide range of staff, engineers, and workers. Through the program, participants gained deeper insights into the Group’s core values of “Aspiration – Perseverance – Gratitude”, as well as its mission and vision. Furthermore, the training program provided updates on corporate policies and development orientations, equipping project personnel with a clearer understanding of common goals and career development opportunities within the organization.
According to Mr. Vo Tien Dat, Training Department Specialist, corporate culture serves as a “bonding agent” that strengthens internal cohesion, reinforces solidarity, and enhances professionalism, responsibility, and individual commitment to the company’s shared journey.

“A thorough understanding of corporate culture enables staff and employees to improve work performance, enhance adaptability, and respond flexibly to changes, thereby contributing to the creation of a harmonious and sustainable working environment”, shared Mr. Tien Dat.
Beyond simply conveying DEOCA’s corporate culture, the training sessions also served as an opportunity for team members to interact, share practical experiences, and recount memorable moments from their journey with the Group.
Mr. Pham Thanh Hai, Deputy Commander of the HCMC – Thu Dau Mot – Chon Thanh Project Management Board, recalled a special memory from his early days joining the Group: “It was the first time I had the opportunity to speak with Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Ho Minh Hoang. Amidst an internal networking event, with numerous staff and employees present, the Group's leader, through his keen observation, immediately recognized me as a new member and approached me to inquire about my well-being and encourage my efforts. From that moment, I clearly felt that despite being the Chairman of a large corporation, he still observed, cared for, and paid close attention to new and ordinary staff members like myself. And I realized that even the smallest details must be observed and executed meticulously to perfect oneself for greater tasks. That mindset has become my guiding principle throughout my journey with the Group”.

Mr. Phan Khac Toan, Design Staff, shared a memorable experience while working on the Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot project. At that time, the access road to the project site was merely a dirt road, requiring passage over the winding and treacherous Phuong Hoang Pass. The rainy and windy weather, coupled with the slippery basalt red soil terrain, turned the mere 30-kilometer journey into an arduous trek that stretched beyond two hours.
Mr. Phan Khac Toan - Design Staff
“These very experiences have deepened my appreciation for the significance of the work I am doing and filled me with immense pride. Our efforts are not merely constructing roads that facilitate smoother travel for people, but also paving the way for the socio-economic development of an entire region. So that one day, “the roads will no longer be a dream”, as the lyrics in the song Phu duong (Road builder) composed by Chairman Ho Minh Hoang”, Mr. Toan shared.
A crucial part of the program involved group discussion activities, where members collaboratively exchanged and presented on key topics such as: the Group's Vision, Mission, and Core Values; the Role of Corporate culture and Behavioral conduct; the Theory of Triple Determination, Intrinsic Value, Everyday Arithmetic; and Personnel Utilization and Appreciation. Through the discussion process, each individual had the opportunity to contribute opinions, gain a deeper understanding of the Group's management philosophy, and apply these insights to their practical work.
