On February 1, 2025, immediately after the groundbreaking ceremony of the Ho Chi Minh City - Thu Dau Mot - Chon Thanh expressway project, Secretary of the Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee, Nguyen Van Loi, visited the project management office to extend Lunar New Year greetings and encourage the officers and workers.

Mr. Ho Minh Hoang, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Deo Ca Group, led a delegation on a tour of the project management office, which included the working and living areas for the Group’s staff and workers. During the report to Secretary Nguyen Van Loi, Mr. Ho Minh Hoang emphasized Deo Ca's firm commitment to ensuring the well-being of its workforce.

“At Deo Ca, we have redefined the traditional concept of field camps into on-site offices and residential facilities. This ensures optimal living and working conditions for our workforce. Not only management staff, but also every worker is well taken care of, with clean and comfortable accommodations equipped with air conditioning, hot water, communal dining areas, and sports facilities. He stated, “When I accepted Mr. Hoang’s invitation to visit, I expected to find just a simple makeshift camp with containers. However, to my astonishment, within a short time, a well-equipped, fully furnished headquarters had been established. This reflects the professional working style of Deo Ca.”

The expressway project connecting Ho Chi Minh City, Thu Dau Mot, and Chon Thanh stretches 52 kilometers through Binh Duong Province. It is being developed under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model, with the Becamex - Deo Ca consortium as the investors. The project commenced on February 1, 2025, and is expected to be completed by 2028.
