On July 1, 2022, Assoc. Dr. Tran Chung - Standing Vice Chairman of Advisory Council and Mr. Ngo Van Quy - Member of the Advisory Council of Deo Ca Group worked with the Excutive Board of the projects in Quang Ninh province.
During the meeting, Mr. Pham Duy Hieu - Deputy General Director of the Group and Mr. Nguyen Duc Phuong - Director of the Excutive Board reported on the implementation of the settlement of Cua Luc 1 bridge and Bao Bien tunnel, and construction status of Cua Luc 3 bridge project.

Accordingly, the Cua Luc 1 bridge project is in the stage of making an increase and decrease estimate for the entire main structure to sign the first adjust contract appendix to serve the payment work.
For the Bao Bien tunnel project, the Excutive Board has agreed on the contract appendix with the investor and will implement the payment process after the contract appendix is issued. The site clearance work has also been completed. Currently, the Excutive Board is choosing a subcontractor to carry out the construction of electric center and pumping station, mechanical roof of the left tunnel on Cam Pha side, water supply road for fire protection tank.

After listening to the reports, Advisor Ngo Van Quy reminded the Executive Board during the final settlement of the works, it is necessary to carry out complete legal procedures and documents and be careful to avoid errors and problems.
In order to improve the efficiency of project asset, Advisor Ngo Van Quy suggested that the leaders of the Excutive Board must clearly understand their responsibilities and have a long-term plan in training to improve skill of management of materials and machines. At the same time, it is necessary to research the management project assets through electronic systems for convenience and increase accuracy and transparency.
"For large projects of the Group, it is necessary to have accounting and internal control personnel assigned to work directly at the project", Advisor Ngo Van Quy said.
Regarding the project settlement, Advisor Tran Chung emphasized the important role of the Excutive Board in accelerating the progress and expedite disbursement.
In addition, it is necessary to review the overall bidding packages, control the costs of management, consulting and materials, clarify the lost costs to evaluate and learn from experience for the later projects.
The Standing Vice Chairman also recommended that the Executive Board should regularly monitor and check technical issues to ensure the quality and aesthetics of the works.
