On December 30, 2022, at DEOCA Group headquarters in Ho Chi Minh City, the Board of Directors and staff of the Southern region had a meeting to sincerely share about work and life.

Proud of what we've accomplished...

DEOCA emerges from the Covid-19 storm, entering 2022 with exciting activities in bidding, construction, investments, training, and corporate culture spreading. This success is a result of the collective effort of every DEOCA member.

General Director Nguyen Van Hai chaired the meeting

In 2022, we'll finish constructing Love Bridge and Quang Ninh sea boundary tunnel, rescuing Trung Luong - My Thuan Expressway on time, keeping our promise to over 20 million Mekong Delta residents.

DEOCA is highly praised by PM, ministries and branches for its progress and effective organization in ongoing projects like Thung Thi, Truong Vinh, Cam Lam - Vinh Hao.

In 2022, we bid and bring in numerous major projects at Quang Ngai - Hoai Nhon expressway, Cat Tien - Diem Van coastal road (Binh Dinh), provincial road 208 (Cao Bang), and Southwest urban area (Bac Giang)... worth nearly 20 trillion VND.

Mr. Ho Chi Tri - staff of the Accounting Department spoke at the meeting

Last year was packed with union activities, internal training, and promoting our Group's culture. We organized skill training, competitions, and integrated our cultural values, reaching all employees nationwide. DEOCA fulfilled social responsibilities through volunteering, building schools, charity, and supporting education

“Close to construction workers, I sensed their DEOCA pride. They hold dear the logo-laden uniforms and safety gear”, General Director Ho Dinh Chung said

Look back…

Year-end is time for self-reflection, growth, and improvement. Departments, divisions, and employees recognize strengths, weaknesses, and work results to develop and enhance skills for present and future roles.

The meeting was attended by more than 100 employees working in the southern region

According to General Director Nguyen Van Hai, it's a chance for leaders to hear workers' thoughts, aspirations, and improve working conditions.

In a close setting, employees openly shared their thoughts on various tasks like administration, design consulting, internal control, finance, and more. It provided a platform to express things that are often left unsaid.

“I've been with the Group since 2005, where workers' welfare is always ensured. Today, having a job is a blessing, as many others are unemployed due to the economic downturn. I hope for more opportunities to share my thoughts and aspirations with the board of directors, fostering better understanding of the workers”, Mr. Ho Chi Tri, an employee of the Accounting Department, said.

… to move on

In 2023, with a massive workload ahead, the Group has established a 5-year and 10-year plan. Therefore, each DEOCA person should prepare themselves and aim to meet job requirements, aligning with the Organization's direction. It's also an opportunity for employees to strive for personal growth and self-improvement.

In 2022, Chairman of the Board of Directors Ho Minh Hoang emphasized the importance of overcoming difficulties and having a forward-thinking mindset. Despite upcoming challenges, DEOCA people's spirit and aspirations will steer the big boat towards new successes.
