On the evening of January 28th (the 29th day of the 12th lunar month), as the moment of transition into the New Year of the Snake approached, the leadership of DEOCA Group organized a program to visit and extend Tet greetings directly to the employees who were on duty and working through the Tet holiday. They visited management and operation units, toll stations, and ongoing construction projects where employees were on duty.
In Phu Yen, Mr. Ho Minh Hoang – Chairman of the Board of Directors of DEOCA Group, visited and extended New Year greetings to the staff and workers at the Management and Operation (MO) Enterprise at DEOCA Tunnel and on the Tuy An tunnel construction site, part of the Chí Thạnh – Vân Phong expressway project.
Mr. Ho Minh Hoang personally extended warm New Year wishes to all the employees of the DEOCA Tunnel MO Enterprise and their families. The Chairman acknowledged and praised the dedication and hard work of the staff, who played a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and safe passage of vehicles through the DEOCA Tunnel throughout 2024.

Mr. Ho Minh Hoang emphasized that the Group's employees should prepare for the challenges and opportunities that 2025 will bring. The Chairman of the Board of Directors urged DEOCA Infrastructure Investment JSC, responsible for managing tunnel operations, to continue improving its operational management capabilities professionally and systematically while applying more advanced technology. This initiative will establish a strong foundation for the Group to continue participating in large infrastructure projects, emphasizing sustainable development. He particularly encouraged the units to strengthen interaction and learning to enhance professional skills and build internal cohesion. Additionally, he praised the professional movements and sports activities – unique cultural features of DEOCA – stating that these are the driving forces for the Group’s ongoing development.
Mr. Ho Minh Hoang then visited the Tuy An tunnel construction site, where workers were diligently worke through the New Year to meet their progress deadline. He also personally visited, encouraged, and gave lucky money along with his best wishes for health, happiness, and peace to the workers and engineers on site and their families.

At the operational management units and other projects where DEOCA employees worked through Tet Holiday, senior leaders of the Group were present during the transition between the old and new years. Their presence was a significant source of motivation, encouraging the workforce to dedicate themselves to completing their assigned tasks.
Earlier, on the afternoon of the 29th of Tet, Mr. Ho Minh Hoang, along with the Group’s staff in the Central region, visited the Mang Lang Orphanage to extend New Year's wishes. The Chairman inquired about the well-being of the nuns and children, presenting them with lucky money and wishing them good health and a warm Tết. This annual activity by DEOCA holds special significance as it takes place in the hometown of the Group’s leader every Tet. The care, encouragement, red envelopes, and thoughtful gifts provided by DEOCA were aimed at offering warmth and affection, inspiring the children to strive for success in life.
