On February 29, 2020, Deo Ca Group organized an internal training program for nearly 30 employees of Personnel and Administration Department (PAD) and leader’s secretaries with special topics: "Human resource management skills". This activity is a part of the PAD Consolidation Program under the direction of Chairman of the Board of Management in order to improve the operational efficiency towards professionalism.
The objective of the training program is to systematize knowledge, skills, and share practical experiences. The course provided the trainees with the typical tools and processes used in personnel management. Besides, learners discussed in groups on how to apply the ideologies and executive tools of the Chairman of BOM in human resource management activities such as: "Tam Định” theory, "Daily life math", "Executive BOM", "Zoo management thinking", "Imperfect couple" , "Three-person story", etc.
The program received positive responses from the learners, create an excited learning spirit. The practical problems with existing shortcomings were analyzed and compared with theory to infer common lessons. .
Dr. Nguyen Van Sang - DCG Deputy General Director, who is directly in charge of the class, said that this is the first topic in the Human Resource Management & Office Administration training program for the entire Group in the North, Central and South. The next topic is "Office Administration" and training on the application of policies, tools and processes after the consolidation project is approved.
