Students listened to an introduction about DEOCA Group.
"Being a leader is already difficult, but being an exceptional worker is even more difficult", Chairman Ho Minh Hoang stated and emphasized: "You (students) can only confidently step into leadership roles when you have gained sufficient experience and independently solve small challenges in life. These accumulated experiences will serve as valuable lessons, preparing you to tackle greater obstacles in the future".
Encouraging youth initiatives
Addressing the challenges that DEOCA Group faces when applying technology for management and construction, General Director Nguyen Quang Huy noted that, like many enterprises in the transportation sector, the Group is currently solving the problem of high investment costs, the complexity of construction projects, and a shortage of highly specialized human resources.
