The investment project to expand the Ho Chi Minh City – Trung Luong – My Thuan Expressway is being implemented to help enhance traffic capacity, reduce congestion, and gradually complete the transport network in the Southern Key Economic Region. In doing so, it will meet the steadily growing transport demand, improve competitiveness, create momentum for socio-economic development, and at the same time ensure national defense and security.
This is the largest-ever BOT transport project in Vietnam financed entirely by capital mobilized by private enterprises.

Ho Chi Minh city Ring Road 4 project, Thu Bien bridge – Sai Gon river section, is implemented under the PPP model, with a joint venture of Becamex IDC, Becamex IJC and DEOCA Group as investors.

The Ho Chi Minh City - Thu Dau Mot - Chon Thanh expressway project, section through Binh Duong province, has a length of more than 52km, implemented according to the PPP method, invested by the Becamex - Deo Ca joint venture.

Dong Dang - Tra Linh expressway has 121 km long, in which, about 52km is in Lang Son province and 63km in Cao Bang. The expressway are designed according to expressway standards with designed speed of 80Km/h. The project's starting point is at Km0 + 00 at the intersection in Tan Thanh border-gate area, Van Lang district (Lang Son); the ending point is at Km115 + 00 in Tra Linh border gate area (Cao Bang).
The Expressway of Huu Nghi Gateway- Chi Lang has the length of 43 kilometers, designed to allow the speed of 80kph. It starts at Km1+800 (belonging to Dong Dang Town, Cao Loc, Lang Son) and ends at Km44+749.67 (connecting to the starting point of Bac Giang- Lang Son Expressway and belonging to Sao Mai, Chi Lang, Lang Son).

Trung Luong - My Thuan Expressway Construction Investment Project is a BOT form, with the begining point at Than Cuu Nghia intersection (prolongs Ho Chi Minh City - Trung Luong Expressway) and the ending point crosses National Road 30 at An Thai Trung intersection (the north of My Thuan bridge intersection, Cai Be district, Tien Giang province).
The investment project for the construction of Bac Giang – Lang Son City expressway at Km45+100 - Km108+500, including reinforcement of National Highway 1 road at Km1+800 - Km106+500 of Bac Giang province and Lang Son province is constructed under BOT contract.

The project to expand Hai Van escape tunnel to be the main tunnel has the starting point at Lang Co town, Phu Loc (TT-Hue) and ending point at Hoa Hiep Bac, Lien Chieu district (Da Nang) with the total length of more than 12,6km, including the northern leading road (in Lang Co town) of 2,1km long, southern leading road (in Hoa Hiep Bac) of 4,3km long, tunnel road of more than 6,2km long, 9,75km wide and no-tunnel road of 5m long.

Deo Ca Road Tunnel is a national key traffic construction, was recognized by the Ministry of Construction as one of the 5 national significant works for celebrating 60 anniversary of Vietnam construction industry day.
Deo Ca tunnel is the current second large road tunnel on the North-South route, after the Hai Van road tunnel. This tunnel is located between Phu Yen province and Khanh Hoa province and was constructed from 2012.

Cu Mong tunnel is belong to the road tunnel project passing Deo Ca. The total length of the route is 6,62km, with the starting point at KM1239+119 National Highway 1 (Binh Dinh), ending point at tại KM1247+739 National Highway 1 (Phu Yen). The tunnel is 2.600m long, leading road is 4.020m long, on the route there are 2 brigde with total length of 36m. The leading road is designed following road standard level III (TCVN 4054-2005), designed speed is 80km/hour. Cu Mong tunnel is designed according to scale of the Deo Ca tunnel.

Phuoc Tuong- Phu Gia Road Tunnel is on the National Road 1A- on the section going through Phuc Loc Dist., Thua Thien- Hue Province. The work has the total investment of VND 1,842 billion. It was started on 05/2014 and has been put into operation since 06/2016. This is a project in form of BOT with Phuoc Tuong- Phu Gia BOT J.S Co., as an investor.

National Highway A1 expanding project for the section of Km1374+525 – Km1392 and Km1405 – Km1425. The project is invested in the form of BOT contract with the Deo Ca – Khanh Hoa BOT Investment Joint Stock Company being the investor. The project was start in 26 May 2013 in Co Ma village, Van Tho, Van Ninh, Khanh Hoa. The total length of the project is around 37,5km.

Quang Ngai - Hoai Nhon Expressway belongs to the Eastern North - South Expressway Construction Project for the period 2021-2025. The project has a total investment of more than 20,400 billion VND, with a length of 88km, of which the section through Quang Ngai province is 60.3km long, through Binh Dinh province is 27.7km long.

Binh Minh bridge project has a total length of 2,847km. The starting point connects with Cao Xanh - Ha Khanh sea-bound route (the main road in the planning of FLC Tropical City Ha Long urban area, Ha Khanh ward, Ha Long city); the ending point connects with National Road 279 at Km16 + 740 in Thong Nhat commune, Hoanh Bo (former).

Can Tho - Ca Mau expressway project under the Southern expressway system, is one of two vertical axes in Mekong Delta region. The starting point of the project connects with My Thuan - Can Tho expressway, the end point is in Ca Mau province. This route also connects two horizontal expresswa routes Chau Doc - Can Tho - Soc Trang and Ha Tien - Rach Gia - Bac Lieu.
Vinh – Thanh Thuy Expressway is a nationally significant transport infrastructure project invested by Nghe An Province Transport Construction Investment Project Management Board, with a total investment of approximately USD 903.4 million. DEOCA Group, together with its consortium partners, is undertaking Package XL01, which includes Dai Hue tunnel, bridge system, and approach roads - one of the project's most technically demanding construction packages.
The expressway stretches over 60 km and is designed with 4 - 6 lanes, connecting the North–South Expressway (Eastern section) to Thanh Thuy International Border Gate, thereby contributing to the completion of the East - West Economic Corridor in the North Central region. Upon completion, the project will strengthen connectivity with Laos and Northeast Thailand while promoting socio-economic development, logistics, trade, and tourism in Nghe An province and the North Central region.

The Ngoc Hoi Bridge and its approach roads investment and construction project is a key transportation infrastructure project classified as Group A, connecting the Thanh Tri area (Hanoi) with the Van Giang area (Hung Yen), contributing to enhanced regional connectivity and socio-economic development in the southern area of Hanoi and neighboring provinces.

Chon Thanh - Duc Hoa is a component of the Ho Chi Minh Road Construction Investment Project, passing through 4 provinces of Binh Phuoc, Binh Duong, Tay Ninh, and Long An. The project is divided into 3 packages including XL1, XL2 and XL3.

Hoang Lien Tunnel is a key transport infrastructure project connecting Sa Pa ward (Lao Cai province), with Binh Lu commune (Lai Chau province). Construction commenced in December 2025 and is scheduled for completion within 24 months.
The project has a total investment of USD 125.3 million and a total length of8.8 km, including the main tunnel, the auxiliary tunnel and connecting roads at both portals. The works are designed in accordance with Japanese standards in combination with Vietnamese standards, meeting high technical and safety requirements.

Package XL01 for Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot expressway project has a length of 11km. The total value of the bidding package is 3,083 billion VND. On the route, in addition to the road and the 1.7km long Phuong Hoang tunnel, there are also 10 bridges. The project is invested by Project Management Board 6 (Ministry of Transport). Package XL01 is implemented by a consortium of contractors led by Deo Ca Group.

On October 21, 2023, in Tuyen Quang, Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Committee held the Groundbreaking Ceremony of Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang Expressway Project (phase 1). This is a national key project, expected to be completed in 2025.

Hoa Binh - Moc Chau expressway project (from Km 19+000 to Km 53+000 in Hoa Binh province) has a total investment of approximately 434.65 million USD. This is the first expressway to be constructed in Hoa Binh province. In package XL02, there are two mountain tunnels with lengths of 490 meters and 627 meters, respectively.

Dai Ngai 1 bridge has a length of 3.03 km and is part of Dai Ngai bridge Construction Investment Project on National Highway 60. The main cable-stayed bridge spans 2.59 km, with a width of 21.5 m, and features two A-shaped towers that are 110 m tall (measured from the bridge deck). The main span layout is 210 m + 450 m + 210 m. This is the second-largest cable-stayed bridge in Vietnam, after Can Tho bridge, and on par with Vam Cong bridge.

The project to build the Tay Thang Long route (section from Ring Road 3.5 to Dan Hoai canal) was approved for investment in Resolution No. 30/NQ-HDND dated December 8, 2021.
Package XL01 for the construction of 2 railway tunnels is an important package under the Khe Net Pass area railway improvement project on the Hanoi - City railway line. Ho Chi Minh City, implemented with ODA capital. Package XL01 is located in Huong Hoa and Kim Hoa communes, Tuyen Hoa district, Quang Binh province. Of which, tunnel 1 with a length of 620m is expected to be built in 23 months, tunnel 2 with a length of 393m is expected to be built in 13.5 months, tunnel gauge is 10m, designed according to level I railway tunnel standards. .

Mai Son – National Road 45 expressway is a component of the North-South Expressway Project in the East.
The total length of the project is about 63km. The starting point is at Mai Son intersection (Km274 + 065) in Yen Mo district, Ninh Binh province; the ending point is at Km337 + 000 near the intersection with Nghi Son - Tho Xuan road, in Nong Cong district, Thanh Hoa province.
Truong Vinh tunnel is in the package XL01, Nghi Son - Dien Chau expressway (belonging to the North - South expressway construction project in the East) with a total construction investment of more than 4,700 billion VND. The tunnel goes through Mong Ga mountain, connecting Truong Lam commune, Tinh Gia district, Thanh Hoa and Quynh Vinh commune, Hoang Mai town, Nghe An.

My Thuan 2 bridge has 6.61km long, the starting point is at km101 + 126, connecting to Trung Luong - My Thuan expressway at An Thai Trung intersection in Cai Be district, Tien Giang province; The ending point is at Km107 + 740, connecting to My Thuan - Can Tho expressway at the intersection with National Road 80 in Vinh Long city, Vinh Long province.

On April 16, 2022, the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province organized the groundbreaking of the coastal road project in Binh Dinh province, Cat Tien - Diem Van section. The project has a total investment of more than 2,010 billion VND with state budget capital, the general construction contractor is a joint venture led by Deo Ca Group.

Prenn Pass is the gateway route connecting Da Lat city with Lien Khuong airport, Dau Giay - Lien Khuong expressway, and is a vital traffic road to the city. Ho Chi Minh and southern provinces. Bao Bien Tunnel is an item of Bao Bien Road project connecting Ha Long City with Cam Pha City, Quang Ninh Province. The tunnel project has a total investment of 247,538 million VND, started in December 2020, and is expected to complete in December 2021.
