On August 26, 2022, Deo Ca Group's Investment and Project Development Department chaired the training program on presentation skills and knowledge on the process of implementing investment projects under the public-private partnership (PPP). The training session took place based on the direction of the Board of Management on internal training for employees of the Group.
The program is held directly at Hanoi office and online at Ho Chi Minh City office. Attending the training program were Mr. Nguyen Quang Vinh - General Director of the Group; Dr. Nguyen Van Sang - Assistant of the Chairman of the Boad and more than 30 employees of specialized departments including Investment and Project Development Department, Finance Department, Technical Planning Department, Capital Resources Department, Internal Control - Legal Department.
The leader of the A2Z Consulting company and the leaders of the Investment and Project Development Department are those who directly share knowledge and experience at the training session.

The training session focused on improving presentation and communication skills for employees. Also here, employees are equipped knowledge about the process of implementing PPP projects, bidding to select investors, and developing real estate projects.
Mr. Nguyen Quang Vinh commented: “Over the past time, based on the direction of the Board of Management towards improving the quality of human resources, many training activities and internal training have been organized effectively and conveyed a lot of practical experience of the Group to the staffs”. The Group's General Director believes that this training session will continue the success of previous internal training activities, bringing high efficiency through specific jobs contributing to the Group's development.

The training session used many practical examples and illustrations encountered by the Group in order to increase efficiency in application to the actual operation of the organization.
In addition, the questions related to training content of employees were answered. The Board of Management, leaders of specialized departments also shared their experiences in working with competent state agencies and experiences learned from the Chairman of the Board of Management in project development.
Through the training program, employees have been facilitated to improve their knowledge and experience to serve their professional profession.
