Recently, Deo Ca Group has cooperated with the Center for Scientific Research and Training of Securities (under the State Securities Commission) to organize training courses on "Corporate Governance" and "Reading and understanding financial statements" for leaders at all levels in the system.
The training courses aim to improve the knowledge and skills of the trainees in the management and analysis of financial statements of enterprises. Lecturers participating in the course are experts and leaders of specialized Departments under the State Securities Commission.
The training class
Master Luong Thuy Binh - In charge of Corporate Governance Department of Center for Scientific Research and Securities Training, highly appreciated Deo Ca Group's strategic vision through promoting human resource training. Ms. Luong Thuy Binh wished the students will successfully completing the course, and expressed her belief that this course will bring practical effects and contribute to the further development of the Deo Ca Group.
The training curriculum in the course has practical issues of organization and operation of the Group, and at the same time, using financial data provided by Deo Ca Group as an example for trainees to more convenient in grasping knowledge as well as effective application in actual operation and business management.
In particular, within the framework of the training course, there were a seminar to share experience of the lecturers and answered questions about the course-related contents and issues that the company encounted in practice.
The "Corporate Governance" course provided students the general knowledge, international standards on corporate governance, and Vietnam's current legal regulations on corporate governance.
Attending the training course on "Reading and understanding financial statements", students were provided with an overview of corporate financial statements, legal regulations on corporate financial statements; improve skills in classifying financial statements, business results reports, cash flow statements, notes to financial statements; grasp the objectives, meanings, requirements, methods of preparing and reading, understanding each type of financial statements and analyzing financial statements.

At the end of the course, 100% of the students completed well, got high scores in the test and were granted a training certificate from the State Securities Commission.
