On November 2, 2019, at Cai Be office (Tien Giang province), Trung Luong - My Thuan BOT Joint Stock Company organized a training program on corporate culture and communication skills for all officials and employees of the company.

The training course was directly taught by Mr. Nguyen Van Sang - Deputy General Director of Deo Ca Group, more than 40 employees participated in a large number of groups to exchange, discuss and present real situations, the assumptions relate to the thematic scope. With the method "Learning with practice", illustrative examples, case studies, questions - answers ... have brought excitement and achieved high academic results for officials and employees.

The goal of the training program is for all employees in the company to capture, understand and apply the corporate culture built by the Chairman Ho Minh Hoang. In addition, the training program also aims to improve skills, practice manners, habits of professional communication as well as share experiences in handling situations in behavioral communication, aiming at execution the most effective and professional work.
