Right after the Lunar New Year holiday (2023), the Chairman of the Board of Management of Deo Ca Group, Ho Minh Hoang spent time visiting and working with colleges and universities in the Central region.

Accordingly, on February 1, Deo Ca Group's delegation came to work with the Central College of Transport 5. At the meeting, Mr. Ho Minh Hoang talked about the orientation for the actualization of the cooperation agreements signed in 2022.

Central College of Transport 5 has strengths in training majors in Road Bridge Construction, Mechanical Equipment Manufacturing, Construction Engineering Technology, Road Bridge Quality Testing Experiment, Construction management… However, students do not have many opportunities to practice in enterprises and projects. Dr. Nguyen Van Tuoi - Rector of the school wishes that Deo Ca Group will create conditions for the lecturers and students of the school to experience training activities and visit the project sites that the Group is implementing and operating.

Mr. Ho Minh Hoang highly agreed with the school’s proposal and invited the school's lecturers to participate in the BIM technology training class that the Group will deploy in the near future. At the same time, the Chairman of Deo Ca Group suggested that the school send lecturers and students to participate in the actual activities at some projects such as Quang Ngai - Hoai Nhon, Cam Lam - Vinh Hao...

After the working program at the Central College of Transport 5, on February 2, Mr. Ho Minh Hoang and the Group's delegation continued to visit and work with Quy Nhon University.

Mr. Ho Minh Hoang said that Deo Ca Group originated from the central land, but now it has built up the prestige and trust of the State and Government and continue to assign many other critical infrastructure projects nationwide.

“From the beginning of the year, I and my delegation spent time working with the schools in order to plan the human resource development of the Group to ensure the good implementation of the huge amount of work in the coming years. As the head of the system, I determine that corporate culture and human resources are two things that cannot be borrowed. They’re also important factors in the sustainable development of enterprises,” Mr. Ho Minh Hoang said.

At the meeting, Mr. Ho Minh Hoang gave orientations to concretize the signed MOU. Accordingly, Deo Ca is willing to participate in the management and training of the school by joining the school council or other training activities. On the other hand, the school's Board of Directors will organize capacity assessments for teachers and students to have solutions to improve and create conditions for students to practice in Deo Ca system. At the same time, the two sides jointly organize programs to research advanced models around the world and apply modern technology to the training process.

Quy Nhon University is a multi-disciplinary higher education institution that annually provides about 2,000 - 3,000 graduates to the labor market, of which graduates working for private enterprises account for 60%.

Assoc.Prof.Dr. Do Ngoc My - Rector of the school shared: "In 2022, Deo Ca Group and Quy Nhon University signed a memorandum of cooperation in training and supplying high-quality human resources. Personally, I am very impressed with the works that Deo Ca has carried out which bring true value to society. The school board places our trust in Deo Ca Group. The school wishes to build roadmap and training program suitable to the company’s labor needs in the coming period. The two sides work together towards the goal that graduates have stable jobs and Deo Ca has high-quality human resources”.

In the period from 2023 to 2025, Deo Ca Group needs about 5,000 more employees working in the fields of design consultancy, supervision, construction, operation management, finance and accounting, legal, human resources, communications, and skilled labor (welder, driver, machine driver...).
