On April 16, 2023, in Hanoi, Deo Ca Group and the National Economics University (NEU) held a ceremony to summarize the cooperation in the period of 2019 - 2023 and signed a cooperation agreement for the period of 2023 - 2028.
Attending the ceremony were Prof. Dr. Pham Hong Chuong - Principal of NEU, the Board of Directors and school leaders. On the side of Deo Ca Group, there were Mr. Ho Minh Hoang - Chairman of the BOM and members of the Advisory Council of the Group. The program was attended by Mr. Nguyen Xuan Cuong - Director of Roads Department (Ministry of Transport) and Deo Ca Group’s partners and all students of the 9th class of Executive MBA.

NEU’s Board of Directors awarded the diplomas to 30 new Masters from Deo Ca Group. Prof. Dr. Pham Hong Chuong warmly congratulated the success of the new Masters, and affirmed that this is a testament to the successful cooperation between NEU and Deo Ca in the period of 2019 - 2023.
Rector of NEU said that the school recognizes the critical contributions of the Group's leadership in creating conditions for students to attend the class fully and seriously. “I believe that, with the systematic knowledge you have learned, you will continue to reach new successes, become talented managers and leaders of Deo Ca Group, bring business development to a new height, and at the same time contribute to the honor of the National Economics University", Prof. Dr. Pham Hong Chuong expressed.

Mr. Ho Minh Hoang affirmed that the non-stop studious spirit helped businesses to overcome difficulties to have success and the whole system must continue to study eternally. The head of the Group expressed his gratitude to NEU’s leaders and teachers, at the same time, congratulated 30 graduated students from the Executive Master training course and reminded the new Masters to continue studying, develop themselves for a Deo Ca Group with knowledge, competence and confidence.

The master's thesis topics are taken from the Group's practice of production and business activities, revolving around the motto "Managing people - Managing jobs - Managing profits". The thesis was completed under the guidance of the lecturers, with the critical comments of the advisors and experts of Deo Ca Group.
Besides equipping management knowledge for Deo Ca people, through the EMBA course, the Group also summarized its practical experience into manuals and syllabi, serving the system’s training and being a source of practical material for the school to refer to and put in the lecture hall. This is also an opportunity for the school to study the actual human resource needs, thereby improving the training program more practical.

Improve the quality of training
Deo Ca Group and NEU continue to sign a cooperation agreement for the period of 2023 - 2028. Accordingly, the two sides will coordinate in building, implementing and developing human resources. Deo Ca will create conditions for NEU students to participate in practical activities at the enterprise.
In addition, Deo Ca Group will build a scholarship granted to excellent students who are introduced by the National Economics University and the students commit to long-term work for Deo Ca.
