On June 21, 2022, in Hanoi, Deo Ca Group (DCG), Institute of Transport Strategy, and A2Z Construction Consulting Company (A2Z) worked with the representative office of NEXCO CENTRAL in Vietnam.
Overview of the meeting
Mr. Gaku Ohashi, Head of the representative office of NEXCO CENTRAL in Vietnam, will propose to the nerve – center of NEXCO CENTRAL the formation of a consortium between A2Z, NEXCO CENTRAL, and the Institute of Transport Strategy. This consortium will participate in projects for transportation infrastructure services on expressways. The parties will cooperate to create real value for society and the best profit for themselves.

NEXCO CENTRAL admires the traffic works that DCG is investing in and managing. NEXCO CENTRAL also expressed interest in the projects that DCG is currently operating with stable revenue.
The representative of NEXCO CENTRAL in Vietnam will consult the nerve - center in Japan to become a strategic partner of DCG, participating in the investment and implementation of projects on transport infrastructure, real estate, energy, and renewable energy in Vietnam. They will also consider participating in the supply, installation, and investment in services at rest stops, toll stations, and traffic management centers (TMCs) on some expressways.

To share experiences and promote cooperation, DCG and the Institute of Transport Strategy proposed NEXCO CENTRAL a plan to visit the expressway system and TMCs in Kawasaki.
NEXCO CENTRAL was established on October 1, 2005, as a result of the privatization of Japan Expressway Corporation. NEXCO CENTRAL is a unit with experience in advanced solutions in the management and operation of expressways that bring cost - effectiveness.
