On May 18, 2022, Deo Ca Group Joint Stock Company cooperated with the Central College of Transport IV to open the first driver training course at Package 12-XL of Mai Son - National road 45 project.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Bui Hong Dang - Director of the Executive Board of Package 12-XL emphasized the role of driver training is in order to promote the tradition of human resource training of Deo Ca Group, improve knowledge and skills on operating machines for construction workers. The training program will improve the productivity and construction efficiency of Deo Ca Group's projects and works in the future.
Mr. Bui Hong Dang suggested that each student should raise the sense of responsibility, strictly abide by the classroom's rules and regulations to successfully complete the course; At the same time, he wants the Central College of Transport IV to create favorable conditions for students to both study quality and work effectively.
Mr. Nguyen Duc Duy - teacher of the Central College of Transport IV expressed his honor to cooperate with Deo Ca Group. He also committed to accompany and guide the students at Thung Thi Tunnel construction site with the most effective training method, contributing to excellent road traffic works for the country.

Driver and machinery operating training course 1 has 16 students who are construction workers with many years of experience at Deo Ca Group, currently working at the package 12-XL. The course is expected to last for three and a half months. Through the training course, trainees are equipped with knowledge and machinery operation and maintenance skills, capable of working independently and handling situations arising during machinery operation. Not only that, the Group's labor rules and regulations are included in the course content in order to disseminate to students.

After completing the course, qualified students will be granted an Excavator Operation Certificate from the Central College of Transport IV.
