On May 11, 2022, the University of Transport of Ho Chi Minh City (UTH) established the Science and Training Council under the Construction Institute for the term 2022 - 2025. Mr. Nguyen Van Hai - General Director of Deo Ca Group (DCG), was invited to be a member of the council.
The Council was established to advise the Construction Institute in developing training strategies, scientific research, and quality accreditation. Council members include experts in the construction industry and leaders of top businesses in many fields such as transport infrastructure, civil works, real estate, etc.

After granting the decision, Mr. Le Van Vang - Vice President emphasized the importance of the Science and Training Council in advising the activities of the Construction Institute.
The participation of leaders of top businesses such as Deo Ca Group is a great honor for UTH. This also strengthened the strategic cooperation relationship between UTH and businesses in developing future human resources for the country.
Mr. Nguyen Van Hai expressed his honor to be a member of the Council. The cooperation agreement between UTH and Deo Ca Group on human resource development, scientific research, etc. signed in March 2022 has been concretized by many activities.

According to Mr. Hai, the Government has set a goal to complete about 5,000km of highways by 2030. This is the opportunity and the challenge for transport infrastructure construction businesses and training institutions. Therefore, Deo Ca Group has made efforts to develop human and material resources.
“DCG is an employer. Every year, we attract hundreds of employees. We are also a place for students to practice and gain practical experience at our offices and project sites across the country,” said Mr. Hai.
DCG is the co-organizer of the event "Job & Business Connection Day 2022" which will be held on May 14 at UTH. This is a great opportunity for students of UTH and other universities and colleges to visit, learn and apply to businesses including DCG.
