The Deo Ca cultural training course at the Bac Giang - Lang Son Expressway Management Enterprise, with full employee participation, was led by Mr. Ho Chi Dung, Director of the Training Department. Trainees learned about corporate culture, management tools, leadership perspectives, and improved their presentation and communication skills.

Each session began with group activities that fostered a lively, close atmosphere, promoting team spirit and strengthening connections between students and lecturers. The learning process focused on collective activities to deepen understanding of the Group's cultural values.

Mr. Tang Quang Trieu, Director of the Bac Giang - Lang Son Expressway Management and Operation Enterprise, stated that the sessions help employees better understand the Group's values, their impact on the community, and the relationship between employees and the enterprise. This fosters motivation, creativity, and enthusiasm among staff.
Mr. Ho Dac Dang Khoa emphasized: “Every business has its own culture, but the impact depends on how well it’s embraced by employees. The Training Department is working to make cultural promotion a regular, engaging activity with various formats, including cultural exploration and debate competitions”.

After the cultural sharing course at Bac Giang - Lang Son Enterprise, the Training Department continued to implement similar programs at Cam Lam - Vinh Hao Expressway Management Enterprise, Chon Thanh - Duc Hoa project, Dong Dang - Tra Linh Expressway, Ring Road 3 - Ho Chi Minh City and other office areas and projects of the Group.
