Training "Leadership" & "Organizational behavior" in Da Lat

Especially, on November 11, in the course program "Organizational Behavior", the class was attended by President Ho Minh Hoang and senior advisers of Deo Ca Group including Mr. Ho Nghia Dung and Tran Chung, Duong Dang Hue, Bui Van Ha, Pham Xuan Que, Ngo Van Quy, Nguyen Thanh Trang and pastor Nguyen Manh Khoa and directly evaluated and scored 5 topics of groups:

- Motivating employees at Deo Ca Group

- Deo Ca culture affects personal behavior at work

- Assessing partners in negotiating and adjusting Trung Luong - My Thuan project contracts

- Managing and resolving conflicts in Deo Ca project investment activities

- Influence of the organizational model to the leadership behavior of the Group.

The presentations are appreciated by the "Evaluation Council" for serious investment in the implementation of the project in close proximity to the company's business activities as well as teamwork skills. Assoc.Prof. Dr. Vu Hoang Ngan, lecturer of the subject, said: “Within a short time, a week, the groups performed very well. The best compared to classes ever.”

Deo Ca Group's senior advisers were impressed by the lively atmosphere of the class and the quality of the presentations the groups presented. Many advisors who foresee the hard learning and working attitude of a young team have created the opposite motivation for them.

After pointing out the shortcomings in the presentation of slides, how to raise problems, inappropriate implementation of the issues, presentation skills ... of each group, Chairman Ho Minh Hoang said that DCG attaches great importance to the human resources training for building long-term human resources.

The head of Deo Ca Group also said that he would focus on training for middle-class staffs as well as pointing out the importance to promote organizational culture based on the cultural foundations which himself built.

With the persuasive presentation, sticking to the topic, how to solve the contradictions posed in the topic in a smart, witty way as well as responding well to the criticism. The topic group "The influence of the organizational model organization to group leadership ”of team leader Nguyen Huu Dung was given the highest score by the" Evaluation Council".

In the afternoon of the same day, in order to honor the students with excellent achievements, Deo Ca Group awarded 15 students who were officials of the group with outstanding achievements in the exam for the master's program EMBA, course 9, phase 1 of the National Economics University.
