Some training programs were held last week (from 5^th to 8^th of March, 2019) for the officials and staff working for the projects in Central Vietnam, which was directly taught by Ph.D Nguyen Van Sang, Deputy General Director of Deo Ca Group.

Accordingly, March 5^th, 2019, the training program “1-Stop Toll Collection Techniques & Behavior Communication Skills - Customer Service” on March 5^th, 2019, was held at Cu Mong toll booth.

This is an important training program to enhance working skills and behavior skills for the officials and staff of Cu Mong Tunnel to prepare for putting into official toll collection.

March 6^th, 2019, the training program “Communication Skills - Customer Service” was taught at Cu Mong Tunnel Management and Operation Enterprise.

The objectives of the program are to improve skills, practice manners, positive behavioral communication habits, and share experiences in handling situations in behavioral communication for the officials and staff.

March 7^th, 2019 is a training program “Teamwork skills” for the officials and staff of the toll booths and Deo Ca Tunnel Management and Operation Enterprise. “Teamwork skills” set out the purposes for each individual to determine its role in teamwork, promote the strengths of individual to optimize the common objectives, and handle harmoniously the work of the team.

March 8^th, 2019 is a training program “Motivational skills for staff” for the leader to manage the toll booth & Deo Ca Tunnel Management and Operation Enterprise.

“Motivational skills for staff” helps leaders to grasp the key points to form and develop the “ability to create motivation to work” as a manager, understanding the origin of formation of passion for working in the enterprise environment, grasping the important principles in creating working motivation, understanding and knowing how to use effective motivation tools and methods in the current business environment.

The training programs have basically equipped with the skills to enhance the capacity and working efficiency for officials and staff.
