On February 3, 2023, Mr. Ho Minh Hoang - Chairman of the Board of Management and the delegation of Deo Ca Group visited and worked with the Central University of Civil Engineering (MUCE - under the Ministry of Construction).
At the meeting, Mr. Ho Minh Hoang said that Deo Ca Group always focuses on developing human resources to build their successor team. Deo Ca coordinates with the school to implement teaching programs close to reality, select suitable students to support training costs and recruit qualified students to work in the Group.

As a son of Phu Yen, Mr. Ho Minh Hoang always wants to create conditions for Phu Yen students to have more opportunities to approach real work, practice professional skills so as not to be confused after graduating from school.
Currently, MUCE has the faculties of Construction, Architecture, Bridge and Road, Economics and Construction Management, etc. In the near future, Deo Ca Group will cooperate with the university to research and open a Faculty of Construction engineering and Operation management of traffic works, the first new professional training faculty in the central region. Deo Ca sends staff to participate in teaching according to the "learning with practice" method".
Speaking at the meeting, Dr. Phan Van Hue - Rector of the university said that the policy of the school is training associated with businesses. Some students are facilitated by Deo Ca Group for internships and after graduation have been accepted to work in the business. They said that the working environment and benefits at Deo Ca were very good.

Dr. Phan Van Hue shared, “The combining of theory and practice in educating is very necessary. If we do it well, students can join into the business chain of the enterprises as soon as they graduate from school, and the enterprises do not have to spend time and money to re-train them”.
The Rector of the MUCE said that the school is always progressive to improve teaching work. At the same time, Dr. Phan Van Hue wishes that Mr. Ho Minh Hoang and Deo Ca Group will create conditions for lecturers and students of the school to participate in some stages of implementing the Group's projects. "Even lecturers need to learn, too. In addition to the theory knowledge, they need to learn from the experience of the "field battle generals" of Deo Ca", Dr. Phan Van Hue said.

MUCE has a team of specialized lecturers and modern facilities. The University will actively exchange and implement pre-employment training cooperation programs which bring double benefits to schools, businesses and especially students.
