On April 13, 2023, in Hanoi, the signing ceremony of a cooperation agreement between Deo Ca Group (DCG), Deo Ca Transport Infrastructure Investment Company (HHV), and Index Strategy Company - Japan took place.

Overview of the ceremony

The ceremony was attended by Mr. Nguyen Quang Vinh - DCG’s General Director, and Mr. Kimikazu Uemura - the Index Strategy Company’s Managing Director.

Three parties signed a cooperation agreement on arranging capital for the DCG’s projects. They focus on supporting each other, sharing benefits, and gathering strength to develop future projects.

At the ceremony, the DCG’s representative introduced the Huu Nghi - Chi Lang expressway projects and the Dong Dang - Tra Linh expressway project. They also discussed and answered some questions about transport infrastructure and project funding. Therefore, the sides better understand the challenges and opportunities to find solutions and influential cooperation blueprints.

In addition, policies on project management and operation in Japan and Vietnam were also discussed. Mr. Kimikazu Uemura highly appreciated the successes of DCG and HHV. He said that Index Strategy and Deo Ca had many things in common to become strategic partners.
