On March 17, 2021, in Tuy Hoa city, Phu Yen province, Deo Ca Group and Central Construction University held a seminar and signed strategic cooperation agreement in training and developing high-quality human resources.
Attending at the meeting were Mr. Ho Minh Hoang - Chairman of the Board of Management, the members of the Board of Management, the Board of Directors, the Assistant Council and specialized boards on the side of Deo Ca Group. On the side of Central Construction University, there were Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Vu Phuong - Rector of the school, the teachers and more than 200 students of the school. The program was also attended by Mr. Dao Tan Loc, former Secretary of Phu Yen province and representatives of Phu Yen Universities, Central Industrial and Commercial College, Banking Academy - Phu Yen branch and representatives of bussinesses in the province.

Accordingly, Deo Ca Group and Central Construction University signed a memorandum of understanding, establishing a long-term partnership, allowing the development of benefits, promoting the capabilities and strengths of both sides. At the same time, to effectively exploit and utilize the potentials of facilities, human resources and qualifications by educational and training activities. In addition, the Group and university are aiming to build an academy to train high-quality human resources in terms of management methods, technology and engineering for the common development base on the potentials and strengths of both sides.

Mr. Ho Minh Hoang said: “We can borrow money, but corporate culture and manpower are two things that must be created and built up, cannot be borrowed”. As a son that grew up and started business in his homeland Phu Yen, Mr. Ho Minh Hoang hopes that through this cooperation program, students in the province will have more opportunities to access and get used to practical work in the future. Deo Ca Group always values the training and development of human resources to build generation of successors. Therefore, Deo Ca will coordinate with the school to implement practical teaching programs, select students, sponsor training costs and then recruit them to work at the Group after graduating.

The Rector of Central Construction University expressed his appreciation for the sharing of Mr. Ho Minh Hoang and for the projects that the Group has invested such as Deo Ca tunnel tunnel in Phu Yen province and many other major projects across the country. These projects have brought many real values to society, thereby affirming the leading position and prestige of Deo Ca Group in the field of traffic infrastructure construction investment. Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Vu Phuong emphasized: “The cooperation between Central Construction University and Deo Ca Group will open up many opportunities in the development of training and supplying high-quality human resources. The signing event today will elevate and mark a new development of Central Construction University”.
