On January 15, 2024, Deo Ca Research and Training Institute (DCI) kicked off specialized Rail-Metro construction training program.

The program is implemented by Deo Ca Research and Training Institute according to the request of Deoca Group. At the opening ceremony, Mr. Ho Minh Hoang - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Deoca Group affirmed that this is the opening event for a series of training programs to develop human resources in the transportation industry.

Recently, Deoca Group has organized practical research on the railway - metro industry training process of advanced countries such as Singapore, China, Japan,... through schools such as the Singapore Institute of Technology, Hiroshima School of Business Administration to selectively "import" programs and training experts.
DCI Institute's training modules will bridge theory and practice to meet both the immediate goal of completing the North-South high-speed railway and the long-term vision for railway and metro development in the country.
The Railway Construction - Metro training program aims to develop high-quality human resources capable of engaging in investment, construction, operation management, and exploitation of the Deo Ca railway segment and its partners. Graduates will gain the necessary knowledge and skills to actively contribute to projects in this field, while also keeping up with and exploring diverse opportunities in transportation infrastructure.
The first class includes 40 students who are officers and employees of Deoca Group and partners, as well as graduates from various majors like Traffic construction, Road and bridge construction, Hydrogeology, Geological engineering, from universities and colleges in Vietnam. Elite students from transportation industry institutions are also chosen for advanced training.

Mr. Nguyen Quang Tue, a new student of course 1, expressed his pride in being a pioneer force of Deoca Group in the field of railway - metro.
“Personally, we are all aware that participating in this course is an opportunity for us to access new knowledge, creating conditions for us to be more confident and steadfast when working with Deoca Group to implement projects in the rail - metro sector in the future”, Mr. Tue said.
