Enhancing knowledge and troubleshooting skills for customers

To prepare for the adjustment of toll collection at Bac Hai Van station, a professional training program for employees was held on September 18 & 19, 2019 in Hue.

The training course was lectured by Deputy General Director Nguyen Van Sang. The training program is aimed to help employees working at the toll booths to thoroughly understand the knowledge and behavioral skills surrounding the issue of adjusting the charge rate at Bac Hai Van station at 0 o'clock on September 27, 2019.

Trainees fully participated with the spirit of actively learning, exchanging and discussing regarding the legal basis, the new fee tariff and most importantly, mastering the content of the assumptions questions - answers and handling the issues of charge adjustment.

The objective of the training program is for employees to fully understand the law provisions of the toll collection and the fee adjustment, ennhancing answer questions skills to satisfy customer. This is a good chance for students to improve their skills for combining legal and soft skills in customer service.
