On March 5, 2021, the Office of the Board of Management issued the conclusion of the Chairman of the Board Ho Minh Hoang at the meeting of the Board of Management of Deo Ca Group to the whole system.

Accordingly, in the new year Tan Suu, with the theme “Aspiration - Dedication – Sharing”, Mr. Ho Minh Hoang express his progressive attitude when conducted a secret ballot to evaluate the management of the Chairman of the Board in 2020 in order to consult the “satisfaction level” to complete “Group’s management model”, continue to implement the “Centralized growth strategy”, going in the competence circle of the Group.

At the meeting, on behalf of the Office of the Board of Management, Mr. Nguyen Van Hai - Chief of the Office announced the evaluation results. The polls were sent to the Advisory Council, the Board of Management, the Board of Directors, the Office of the Board and typical employees in 2020. Satisfaction questionnaires through 9 criteria: Management method, trust, material sharing, spirit sharing, strategy, leadership qualities, progressive attitude, discipline. The result of consultation shows that the level of “very satisfied” is from 60% to over 90% according to the criteria.

In addition to the assessment of the satisfaction level, many devoted opinions thanked the Chairman for his sharing of material and spirit, arranging work for key employees in accordance with personalities, the inspirer also needs to keep healthy to maintain and maximize his valuable role in the Group.

In addition, there are some suggestions that it is necessary to have an annual review of the positive and negative aspects for a better governance model; made a long-term plan on human resources for the long-term future of the Group, especially strategic personnel; promote the training of qualified contiguous human resource; recruiting more senior personnel to fulfill the big workload in the coming time, reducing direct workload for the leader.

There are also frank opinions that currently some personnel is not meet the requirements of capacity and experience. In which, there are the situations of introducing relatives with low capacity into the system; improve inspection and supervision.

2020 with many difficulties caused by natural disasters, epidemics and existing policy inadequacies have directly affected the implementation of Group’s projects, the Chairman assessed that the evaluation results are relatively accurate and close to reality. On the basis of consulting the Advisory Council, the Board of Management, the Board of Director, and the Professional Board at the meeting, Mr. Ho Minh Hoang requested to evaluate the operation and consolidate the Advisory Council; reviewing and evaluating the work of human resource planning; strengthening the inspection and control team; spread to all employees the Group’s governance model, taking the Group as the center; evaluating the capacity of newly recruited personnel; controlling costs.

Regarding the internal self review, solving problems and orienting the implementation of work groups, the head of the Group assigned the Vice Chairmen of the Board to chair the focal points of work, building and using the management softwares of personnel system, procurement, management equipment and assets and digital transformation; detailed planning of long-term, medium-term and short-term work groups; work with the University to select and evaluate the quality of students, from which to develop plans and content to sign strategic cooperation.
