On September 7-9, 2022, Deo Ca Group (DCG) worked with PTL Holding Group in Vientiane Capital (Laos).

The business trip took place at the invitation of PTL Holding. Leading DCG's delegation was Mr. Phan Van Thang - Standing Vice Chairman of the Board of Management.

Mr. Chanthone Sitthixay - Chairman and General Director of PTL Holding, introduced Laos (Vienna) - Vietnam (Vung Ang) Railway Project and affirmed the important role of finding suitable partners to jointly implement the Project, especially for the part of that in Vietnam.

After listening to the representative of PTL Holding, Deo Ca and PTL Holding agreed to report to the governments and ministries of the two countries to call for support to promote the Project. At the same time, the two parties also scheduled a meeting to discuss and sign a cooperation agreement to invest, build and develop the Project jointly.

In a friendly atmosphere, Mr. Phan Van Thang shared the experience of DCG in implementing PPP transport infrastructure projects in Vietnam, such as Deo Ca Tunnel Project, Bac Giang - Lang Son Expressway, and Trung Luong - My Thuan Expressway. These are some national key projects successfully implemented by DCG. The representative of DCG said that the experiences shared by Deo Ca be helpful for projects that PTL Holding will deploy in the future.

Also, in the working program, the delegation visited the Vientiane Logistics Park Project and the Vang Vieng City Golf Course and Tourism Industry Development Project.

At the end of the business trip, the Vice Chairman of Deo Ca invited PTL Holding to visit DCG. The business trip marked a bright beginning in the cooperation relationship between Deo Ca and PTL Holding.

PTL Holding is one of the large multi-industry businesses of Laos, operating in logistics, oil and gas, aviation, infrastructure investment, consumer goods, and lighting equipment. In Vietnam, PTL Holding is one of the units involved in managing Vung Ang port (Ha Tinh province) - Vietnam's trade route is vital in connecting Laos with countries in the region.
