On the afternoon of May 6, 2022, Deo Ca Group (DCG) organized the training program "Deo Ca Cultural Integration" for more than 100 employees working at the headquarters of the Group. The program is based on the learning spirit of "integration for change" and "We are the one".
The program is part of the overall training plan of the Directors Board, directly taught by Mr. Nguyen Van Hai - General Director.
Mr. Nguyen Van Hai directly trained and shared about the history of Deo Ca, the meaning of Deo Ca logo, Deo Ca ecosystem, etc.
Mr. Hai said that people are the decisive factor in the development of Deo Ca. Therefore, the Board of Management always facilitates the development of the employees. Probationary employees will become official employees, official employees will become managers, and excellent employees will be able to join the Directors Board. Each employee needs to understand Deo Ca culture, such as the “Theory of Tam Dinh”, “Theory of Tam Quan,” and seven cultural foundations.
Mr. Hai believes that the strict application of seven essence values and seven cultural foundations is why Deo Ca's development today.
Mr. Hai introduced the Group's leadership and typical projects to employees. Mr. Hai also shared about the Group's development process. Accordingly, DCG, formerly known as Hai Thach Cooperative, has been inherited and developed by Mr. Ho Minh Hoang - Chairman of the Group, since 1985.
Mr. Nguyen Van Sang - an assistant Chairman, explained the essence foundations, cultural values, the theory of Tam Dinh, zoo management, and plant ecology.
Ms. Thanh Truc - a new employee in the Financial Department, shared: "I find this training session beneficial for new employees like me. It helped me to be motivated to try harder at work. And I look forward to receiving my colleague's help to complete the assigned tasks."
