From August 25 to 27, 2022, at the project of Thung Thi tunnel (Thanh Hoa), and Truong Vinh tunnel (Thanh Hoa - Nghe An), the training department organized the training program "Standardizing Deo Ca culture and professional skills". The program was chaired by Mr. Ho Chi Dung - Assistant Chairman of Deo Ca Group, and the boards of management of the projects.
Specifically, the program aims to assess and improve employees' understanding of corporate culture and professional skills.

The program consists of 5 evening shifts, with an average of 60 people per shift. The program received positive employee responses because the learning content was close to their work.
This program is part of the overall training program system consisting of 3 parts: knowledge acquisition, exam, and re-evaluation, which is expected to take place in 3 months. Mr. Ho Chi Dung said: "This program is different. That is because the organizers will answer trainees' questions and analyze their activities at work to build suitable plans to enhance the quality of their work. Finally, the organizers evaluate the change in behavior and awareness of employees in their daily work after the program".

After each training shift, employees will do assigned exercises around two main contents: professional skills and corporate culture.
"After the training program, the quality of employees in the Group has enhanced markedly," said Mr. Ho Chi Dung.

The trainees joined seriously and received honest evaluations from the trainer and the BOM. The trainees have cultivated more knowledge, experience, and skills for practical work through the training program.
Mr. Tran Van Toan – Commander of Thung Thi tunnel shared: "The program was beneficial for us. I have better understand the cultural characteristics and the values the Group brings to me".
