2018 is the year that I have many changes on work positions. From January to March I have worked as an expert in Technology and Science Department in charge of Deo Ca & Cu Mong & Hai Van project packages and Secretary for Chairman of the Board Vo Thuy Linh. On October 4th, 2018, I was appointed to work as secretary for Chief of Office and Board of Directors, Vu Minh Hoang. From October 2018 to December 2018, I was appointed to work as Deo Ca Group Board of Directors Deputy Chief of Office; member of assistant committee for Chairman of the Board; Deo Ca O&M Joint Stock Company Planning Department; Phuoc Tuong Phu Gia BOT Joint Stock Company Economics and Planning Department Deputy Chief. January 2019, I was appointed to other mission as General Director of Phuoc Tuong Phu Gia BOT Joint Stock Company.

With the current job position, as both task and great challenge for myself, the knowledge and practical skills accumulated in just over 4 years working for the Group, I have still many things needed to be consolidated by myself such as: professional knowledge, communication skills and especially, the confidence that the Chairman of the Board of Directors once shared with me.
I am aware that this is a way the Chairman of the Board of Directors in particular and the Group in general is implementing the process of training and challenging of personnel, facilitating the young generation (the next generation) to have more confidence and bring their strength contributing to the long-term development of the Group.
I believe that the young people working for the Group under the care and guidance from the key leaders will promote their capacity and make further contributions to the development of the Group.
Coming to Deo Ca Group from 2014 until now, after more than 04 years of working, I have witnessed many changes of the Group, especially the changes in positions of senior personnel.
I realize that each personnel change is a marking of a development stage of the Group. This confirms that the Group’s achievements today thanks to bringing into play the collective strength under the running of the Chairman of Board of Directors. Any person, even a senior manager, may be substituted if it is no longer appropriate to the Group’s overall vision and goals.
This shows that Deo Ca Group is an open environment, an environment for growth, an environment for dedication and innovation.
At present, the Group is developing a personnel planning and developing program in teamwork. Such team planning creates the inheritance and development. The previous teams orient operation for the following ones. The personnel in the next teams play the roles of the helpers, and are also ready to inherit and substitute in case the previous team is vacant.
Under the assignment by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, it is likely to show that nobody is working alone. For each key task, there are always many participants to help: Vice Chairman, Advisory Council, Experts, Board of Directors, Assistant Boards, Executive Board, etc.
Therefore, it is likely to be said that the results of work is a performance of the collective labor. However, to get a good team, each individual must take responsibility. If not, that team would become bureaucratic and blaming each other like the subsidy period
The key leaders, although everyone has different personalities and perspectives, I hope that in this New Year of the Pig (2019), everyone will be more solidary towards the common goal of the Group, so that young people like me have spiritual support, more peace of mind, more confident when getting the new assigned tasks.
