On September 19 and 20, 2019 at Hanoi office, a training course on how to prepare and state the consolidated financial statements was organized by the Group's Finance and Accounting Department for Chief Accountants; Deputy Accounting Managers and General Accountant specialists of the companies.
This program is part of the developing high quality human resources training plan based on the practical needs and general orientation of the Group.
Training course on how to prepare and state the consolidated financial statements
The purpose of the training program is to meet the needs of preparing consolidated financial statements quickly and properly; Reducing the personnel involved in the consolidated financial statements; Balancing revenue and profits in the group to timely adjust financial plans; Announcing separate financial statements and consolidated financial statements quarterly and annually on time; Organizing the management of consolidated accounting system in accordance with Circular 202 and help the storage of consolidated data is scientificly and confidentially. At the same time, instructing staff of Finance and Accounting Department to use iBest consolidation software proficiency.
The training content is agreed and divided into 3 main groups:
- Overview of preparation of consolidated financial statements.
- Handling transactions between the Parent Company and Subsidiaries on the consolidated financial statements.
- User guide for iBest software
After completing the program in Hanoi, the organizers are expected to arrange training schedules in Da Nang on September 23 - 24, 2019, Phu Yen on September 25 - 26, 2019, Ho Chi Minh City on September 27 - 28, 2019.
